CIA Controlling Intelligence Adventure
European controlling experts agreed that advanced analytical skills are the key and the most desirable controller skills in the coming years. The 2017 ICV Congress CIA Controlling Intelligence Adventure (March 31, 2017 in Warsaw) was dedicated to ADVANCED ANALYTICS subject.

During the Congress Controller Award was given for the first time in Poland.
The winner is Wioletta Nowak, Finance Manager of HORTIMEX. Siegfried Gänßlen, Chairman of the Board of the ICV, handed the ICV Poland statue.
Mrs. Nowak received also:

Other finalists of Controller Award ICV Poland, Marcin Maderak, Senior Controlling Manager, Capgemini Business Services Capgemini Polska and Mateusz Różański, Manager of Controlling, Grupa Nomax, received bonus for participation in ICV Congress in Munich in May 2017 and bonus for Polish edition of IBCS seminar as mentioned before.
SPEAKERS at the Congress were e.g.:
Siegfried Gänßlen - Chairman of the Board of the ICV. His professional career from the Financial Controller to CEO of Hansgrohe is an excellent knowledge of the problems and expectations of both sides. Therefore, it will be an opportunity to discuss about change of Controller role and how to develop the Controlling value in the Management Board eyes;
dr Herwig Friedag, Germany - Head of International Work Group of ICV, experienced strategist and consultant, led a number of organizations through their success using the concept of BSC;
dr Walter Schmidt, Germany - ICV Board Advisor in Munich, co-founder ICV thematic group – “Start-ups and Controlling”, experienced mentor and coach;
Andrej Lapajne, Slovenia - Successfully implements professional reporting standards based on IBCS-A in international organizations such as: Coca Cola, Carlsberg, Roche; introduces the IBCS standards to audiences in Europe and US with lectures and workshops (i.e. at McKinsey in New York and at the AFP Conference in Denver)
Valentin Usenkov, Rosja - Member of the ICV Int. WG, absolutely creative controlling expert, inspires owners and boards of many Russian companies in Moscow
