The Speakers

Małgorzata Podskarbi is Member of the Board of the International Association of Controllers. She heads HR Controlling at Volkswagen Poznań. Previously, she worked in various functions as Head of Controlling, Head of Process Center – Center of Excellence for General Purchasing at Volkswagen Poznań.

Markus Steiner it Member of the Board of the International Association of Controllers and drives the digital transformation of controlling at Alpiq. Previously, he headed Business Reporting & Controlling at Alpiq. He worked as team leader for Planning Optimization & Modeling in Group Controlling at SBB in Bern, after several years as a management consultant for financial management at Detecon in Zurich.


Pia Burkarth is Head of Cost Controlling at the Signal Iduna Group. She has ten years of professional experience in the financial sector, particularly in the areas of finance transformation (agile and digital), group controlling, project management, change management and BI consulting.

She regularly speaks at conferences and gives guest lectures on the topics of agility and digitization. She is also active in the International Association of Controllers (ICV). In this association she heads the Work Group "Region München" and co-heads the Expert Work Group "Agile Controlling". 

Timur Mansurov completed his bachelor degree in economics at the Technical University of Dresden with a focus on finance and accounting in the fourth quarter of 2023. Since graduating, Timur has worked as a junior controller at neoshare AG. In this position he is responsible for various areas of responsibility, including ongoing accounting, financial planning and variance analysis. In addition, he is involved in the maintenance, selection and introduction of automated digital processes (e.g. Payhawk credit card management system).
