Invitation from the ICV Chairman of the Board

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to warmly invite you to the 48th Congress of Controllers on April 29 and 30 in Munich. The Congress is the largest meeting of the controlling community in Central Europe and the annual “place to be”.

This year's program promises an inspiring journey through the current challenges and future-oriented trends in corporate management. Under the motto "Business performance through controlling excellence - digital, sustainable, profitable", top speakers from international companies will provide insights into the latest developments in the use of AI in controlling, sustainability and sustainability reporting as well as strategies for dealing with current geopolitical tensions and Europe's dependency.

In these demanding competitive conditions, current, practice-oriented knowledge and the experience exchange with colleagues are invaluable. The 48th Congress of Controllers offers both like no other event. A special highlight is the presentation of the renowned ICV Controlling Excellence Award, which recognizes top performance in controlling and provides inspiration for your own controlling practice.

By participating, you can secure an information advantage that will prepare you for future trends, including through the publication of the ICV Think Tank on the subject of Controlling and New Work, which you will receive at the Congress before anyone else and free of charge.

We're looking forward to seeing you

Yours
Heimo Losbichler
Chairman of the Board of the ICV Internationaler Controller Verein

Financial organizations, including CFOs, see their financial management system as the instrument - almost the holy grail - to prepare their organizations for the achievement of ambitious goals. But this often turns out to be just a wishful thinking that is shattered by reality - even though it is a theoretically flawless management concept with stringent KPIs and state-of-the-art IT implementations.

The reason for this is often that a management system does not work on its own, but can only develop its effect in a well-coordinated interaction with the chosen organizational form and culture of the respective company. The lecture illuminates from both a practical and methodological perspective how the interaction of financial management systems, organizational forms and culture can be successful.
