That was the 22nd CIS Controlling Insights Steyr on November 24, 2023

SAVE THE DATE: We invite you to the 23rd CIS on November 22, 2024

The biggest transformation - ChatGPT, AI, Sustainability & Co. The future is now!

The Controlling Insights Steyr 23 is all about change and transformation. Above all, there is talk of the TWIN transition, the fusion of digitalization and sustainability as a key challenge. However, the framework conditions are more complex. When considering the future, most companies are confronted with at least the following developments:

  • geopolitical tensions with the questions of Europe's future dependency and competitiveness,
  • the expected round of high wage and salary agreements, which will put further pressure on Austria as a business location
  • the unprecedented series of rapid interest rate hikes in the fight against stubborn inflation
  • Demographic changes, labor shortages and new demands of employees in the context of New Work
  • A negative economic outlook with a recession in Germany, a wave of insolvencies and cut-throat competition in retail as well as significant declines in orders in individual sectors

In this situation, controlling is once again required to face the challenges and opportunities - both in short-term budgeting and in long-term strategic transformation, true to the motto "Challenge Accepted". It's not just about supporting the business challenges, but also adapting your own tools and processes.

The program of the 22nd Controlling Insights Steyr on November 24, 2023 is characterized by this transformation and is already taking concrete shape. As every year, internationally renowned speakers give exclusive insights into successful corporate management and controlling solutions.

Please book 24.11 and get first-hand information as well as the new Dream Car Report from the ICV Think Tank on the topic of controlling and sustainability. If you register by October 13 you will also receive our annual early bird discount.

We are particularly pleased that the CIS takes place again in the newly renovated Museum Arbeitswelt after a four-year break due to Covid-19 and that you will also have the opportunity to visit the DigiSpace - the newly opened digitization center of the Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences. In addition, for the first time we are able to present the ICV Newcomer Award for the best theses at universities and colleges.
