Arbeitskreis-Treffen im Herbst 2018

Hansjörg Bühler lädt uns - neben dem obligatorischen fachlichen Praxisthema - zu einer Führung Produkte und Design im Kontext der Vitra Möbel ein. Diese Führung wird auch noch mit dem Megathema „Digitalisierung" garniert. Die Anzahl der Teilnehmer ist aufgrund der Führung auf etwa 20 Teilnehmende beschränkt. Gerne könnt Ihr auch erst nach dem Mittagessen eintreffen.

 

 

Dieses Mal stehen zwei Arbeitsthemen zur Verfügung, wobei das Hauptaugenmerk auf dem Alignment des Controllings zur Unternehmensstruktur liegt. (z.B. kleiner/schlanker werden, was ist der Impact auf den Finanzbereich? Integration versus Carve Out - wie handeln?) Ich werde zur Vorbereitung wieder einige Fragen versenden.

Nachdem nun das Gebäude 1 als höchstes Gebäude der Schweiz eröffnet wurde bekommen wir die einmalige Gelegenheit mit maximal 20 Teilnehmenden dieses Gebäude kennen zu lernen. Neben einem Rundgang und Networking widmen wir uns fachlich dem Thema: 'Messung der Produktivität im Forschungs- & Entwicklungsbereich'
