Planning in uncertain times (online, German)

Jens Ropers takes the participants in the online seminar into the planning process of the future. In order to make this effective, the "bandwidth" of the planning must be expanded and thought holistically. It is also important to include the behavior and attitude of people and the resulting corporate culture instead of just thinking about methods, processes or software. Speaker Ropers provides impulses and guidelines for implementing this planning approach.
